We have been using Golden Hills pest for as long as I can remember for our home and family business. Warren is very professional and cares about his customers, he is always there to talk to if we have any questions or new pests to deal with. He even personally came over to help us with a mouse problem that we had! When I bought my first home last year they came out and sprayed everywhere for me before I moved in and Warren gave me a really great deal. I highly recommend their services and it feels good to know that our money is staying local and supporting another family business!!

This company is so reasonably priced and their customer service is unparalleled! I found like five wasps nests in my backyard the day before my daughters' birthday party. I texted Golden Hills and they were here within an hour! Even after letting me know they were exceptionally busy and might not be able to make it out, they came through! I can't recommend them enough.

I have been a customer with Golden Hills for a few years now and I am so very glad that I found them when I first moved to Roseville. David is my service technician and he is very friendly and knowledgable. He always has time to answer questions and makes sure that any current issues with pests are well taken care of. The owner, Warren is a very kind person. I have only had the chance to talk to him by phone but he sets a great example to his employees with his friendliness, knowledge, and care for his customers.

Warren is personable, humorous, professional, and takes care of any problems you have with bugs. Warren will send someone out to your place, out of your scheduled time, when you need extra help. The technicians are nice. I have gotten to know some of them and they have done extra for me. The cost is competitive because you can count on GHPC to come out to you home to spray when you need extra indoor or outdoor help. I've used GHPC since 1999 and I have NEVER had a problem. Thanks Warren for always running an efficient, professional business. I would have given a six star rating.

I recently had two negative experiences from two different local companies we went with. I reached out to "NEXTDOOR" a neighborhood network site that I am on and asked who people were using and who they recommended for pest control. Golden Hills Pest Control was recommended to me from seven people in my area. From the moment they answered the phone they were cheerful and very helpful while answering all my questions. They were able to make me a appointment very fast and I am excited to hopefully find a great pest control that can protect our home.

This is the first time our house receives treatment for pest control from Golden Hills so I would have to update this sometimes in the future. We plan to do more than one treatment and do a follow up every 2 months. The customer service was very friendly and the guy explained what they're about to do in a thorough manner. They first sprayed inside and outside the house to get rid of the ants. We are expecting them to return next week to do the rest of the work. With the ants treatment we didn't have to leave the house because they didn't use a toxic or unbearable chemical. We expect to have to the spider webs removed and the crevices outside to sprayed too. Here's to a pest free summer this year.
